2. What personal data do I process?

Via the contact form on this website I process the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Company name (optional)
  • Type of service (optional)
  • Budget indication (optional)
  • The content of your message (optional)

Via the website scanner tool I additionally process:

  • Email address
  • The URL of the website you submit for scanning
  • Performance scores generated by the scan

3. Email via Resend

For sending emails I use Resend (resend.com), a third-party email service. This applies to both contact form submissions and notifications from the website scanner tool. Your data is processed via Resend and forwarded to my email address. Resend does not store messages permanently. See Resend's privacy policy for more information: resend.com/privacy.

4. Website scanner & Google PageSpeed Insights

This website offers a free scanner tool that analyses a website's performance. When you use this tool, the URL you enter is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API (Google LLC) to generate performance scores. Google may process this data on its own servers, including outside the EU. See Google's privacy policy for more information. If you subsequently enter your email address to receive advice, your email address, the scanned URL and the performance scores are stored and used to contact you.

5. Cookies

This website uses analytical cookies via Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site. No cookies are placed until you give consent via the cookie banner.

If you accept, Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, and browser type. This data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside the EU. See Google's privacy policy for more information.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and is never shared.

6. Purpose of processing

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Scanner data (email, URL, scores) is used to follow up with personalised advice. I do not share your data with third parties other than Resend (email delivery) and Google (PageSpeed Insights API and Analytics, as described above).

7. Retention period

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, with a maximum of one year. Scanner lead data (email, URL, scores) is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months.
